We’re hiring a Recruiter to join our busy Trade & Labour division in Arklow. This role would suit someone with a background in sales, trades, construction, or trade counter advisory, who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Recruiter in our Trade & Labour division, you’ll:

Source and screen tradespeople and general operatives for site-based roles

Manage daily and weekly bookings across multiple projects

Maintain systems, trackers, and job boards with accuracy and attention to detail

Build strong relationships with workers and site managers

Support senior recruiters and learn the end-to-end recruitment process

Gradually take on business development and client account management

Who We're Looking For
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Experience in sales, construction, or trades (e.g. site work, trade counter, or business development)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence using systems, with a willingness to learn new tools

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

An interest in recruitment and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
