We have a number of projects coming up which include Housing, Apartments, Nursing Homes and tudent accommodation.

We are looking for a quantity surveyor to join our team. You will get the opportunity to work on different projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities
Prepare budget costs for projects.
Procurement and management of subcontractors and materials.

Cost monitoring and reporting on projects.
Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to resolve any issues and maintain project progress.
Agree on Final Accounts.
