My clients are looking for a dedicated service engineer to join their team in Munster. The role focuses exclusively on the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic heat pump systems. This is a field-based position requiring strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance of heat pumps.
Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct performance checks and system optimization.
Provide clear feedback and advice to customers on system condition and operation.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Represent the company professionally while working on customer sites.
Requirements

Qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience in servicing and maintaining heat pumps or refrigeration systems.
F-Gas certification is highly desirable.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Full clean driving license.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently across the Munster region.
