Job Title: Assistant Farm Manager Worker with opportunities for progression

We are seeking a full-time Farm Worker to join our well-established dairy farm located just 20 minutes from Cork City. The farm is equipped with a 54-unit rotary parlour and state of the art animal housing facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of all dairy farm operations
Supervise milking operations in a rotary parlour
Grassland management
Lead calf rearing and animal health programs
Oversee general animal husbandry and welfare practices
Operate and maintain modern farm machinery
Support labour management and task coordination
Contribute to record keeping, planning, and farm performance monitoring
Work closely with the farm owner to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
Previous experience working in an agricultural setting is essential
