A part time position (10 – 15 hours per week), working remotely, exists for an Accounts Assistant.
Key responsibilities are:
• Assisting with general accounts.
• Preparation of accounts, manually logging receipts.
• Statement reconciliations.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Post banking transactions.
• VAT return bi-monthly.
• Support year-end audits.
• Preparations of annual budgets.
The ideal person for this job will have:
• Experience with Blockman.
• Relevant accounts/admin experience, or part accounting qualification.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of the MS Office.
• Analytical, attention to detail, with a good accuracy level.
• Proficiency in oral, and written English.
• Able to work on own initiative.
