Overall Purpose

Responsible for overall running of the day-to-day office, accounts and bookkeeping of the company, which largely consists of accounts payable, receivable, credit collection. You will report to the MD, ensuring all daily office activities across business operations (consisting of stores, service, sales and office) are running smooth, efficiently and effectively with your guidance, support and intervention.
You will be the eyes and ears of manage-ment and the directors, responsible for re-solving and improving day to day accounts and office issues, reporting regularly and escalating, where necessary.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years stand-alone bookkeeping experience with ability to manage a small busy office with confidence.
• Strong IT capability and working knowledge of an accounting package, databases and shared management systems.
• Must be a leader and self-starter who has drive, initiative and a passion for leading change, improving office efficiency and putting in place robust systems to support a growing business.
