Administrative assistant required


For our head office in wexford town


This role will incorporate general office administrative duties to include:

·       Carrying out administrative and clerical tasks

·       Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos and emails

·       Arranging meetings, setting up appointments

·       Attending meetings and taking minutes

·       Answering phones

·       Filing/paper management

·       Data entry

A large part of this role will also include customer service to our many new home-owners.


Skills required:

·       Microsoft Office – Strong skills required in Word and Excel

·       Excellent Communication skills

·       The ability to work on own initiative

·       Good typing skills

·       Customer service skills

·       Self-motivation


Salary negotiable.
