Treepro is Ireland’s Leading Professional Tree Surgeons. Servicing the whole island of Ireland.

Do you enjoy working outdoors in a physically active job? Why not consider a career in arboriculture?

An arborist, also known as an Arboriculturist, studies the biomechanics of trees; growth, cultivation, reactions to pruning, diseases, de-compartmentalisation of decay, and all the practical aspects of tree management. An arborist’s job is more generalised than a tree service technician, as an arborist cares for the health of the entire tree.

Along with maintaining and caring for trees by tree pruning, removal, planting and emergency tree care, an arborist provides many other services such as insect control, fertilization, cabling, aeration, and lightning protection. They can also identify any diseases or parasites, ensure trees have sufficient support and remove any damaging plants.

The programme is 2 years in duration and was developed by a team of industry experts, it includes both off-the-job (in a Training Location) and on-the-job (with an Approved Employer) phases.

Industry-leading working conditions on offer as well as the gold standard in training.
