The successful candidate will gain valuable experience of our operations processes serving our ESB Energy Customers and we wish to recruit an Operations Team Members to support the Billing & Payments Team.
Ensure Daily Billing/Payments tasks are completed
Investigate Billing/Payment Queries escalated from Customer Service or direct from Customers
Carry out Direct Debit Reviews
Review Draft/ Failed Bills
Provide regular feedback to management to improve processes and enable change
Participate in system/ process testing across our IT landscape
Work with other teams to ensure customer accounts are billed accurately and on time
Delivery of accurate and timely resolution to all business and customer Billing/Payment Queries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Billing/Payments/Customer Service role
Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment – target driven
Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers, internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
A high level of commitment and flexibility
Query Resolution skills
Salesforce Omni Channel Experience
Experience in the GB Energy market
A relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience is essential.
The role is based in ESB Energy HQ in Santry, Dublin 9.
