Due to an increase in our Client base, we are currently seeking an energetic contracts manager to join the contracting division
within our company. You will work as part of a team within the Engineering Division.
We are a highly experienced professional and competent Facilities Management & Mechanical Electrical Contractor.
Our team has more than 20 years experience in construction industry and we have completed some of the most noteworthy
projects in the country. We offer the complete Building Services suite of services from design through coordination,
programming, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, demonstration, handover and complete life cycle care.
Participation in all project life cycle activities – from a design development stage to project handover.
Participation in Clients/Design and Construction Team meetings.
M&E systems coordination.
Project document control.
Understanding and organising the BCAR and LEED/BREAM requirements.
Construction Planning & Scheduling.
Material & Equipment – procurement and expediting.
Assisting Contract Manager in project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting.
Assisting Contract Manager in management of sub-contractors.
Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest quality and industry standard, in accordance to the programme and
in line with project budget figures.
Site surveys, snagging and audits.
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, including the ability to plan
ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads. A strong technical ability in all aspects of M&E services as well as great attention
to detail, will also be required. The candidates must present themselves with a thorough knowledge of all current industry
standards and regulations.
Excellent computer skills are also a requirement.
A third level degree in Mechanical or Building Services engineering or equivalent work experience is essential.
