We are looking for an organic Boner/Butcher to provide high-quality meats and services to our customers. We are an organic farm. We have a very busy online business and a retail shop. We also attend Farmer’s market at the weekend. The successful candidate will be working out of our farm mainly but may be needed at one of the markets. We supply all our own beef, lambs and poultry.
Butcher Responsibilities: Boning and preparing meats for sale. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products. Performing quality inspections on meats and other products. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
