Key responsibilities include:
• Daily balancing of tills for a busy store. Take ownership of and manage any outstanding unbalanced items
• Take customer payments and process in a timely manner on the ERP system
• Deliver outstanding customer service by triaging and answering phone queries, while remaining courteous and professional at all times
Skills required:
• Good organisation skills with the ability to multitask
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both customers and staff
• Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail
• Friendly, enthusiastic and a team player
