With 1000s of learners each year, 6 flagship programmes and a major strategic collaboration between UCD, TU Dublin and seven enterprise sectors (Convene), the UCD Innovation Academy (IA) seeks to recruit a panel of Education Innovation Leads for its ambitious four-year growth plan. We are looking for individuals with a passion for experiential education and with experience in at least one of our key areas: experiential education methods, creativity and innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, soft skills, digital mindsets and sustainability.
Reporting to the Head of Programme Development, you will design and deliver a specified portfolio of courses and programmes to enable high-quality learning outcomes and innovative, ‘next practice’ initiatives. Managing and inspiring a diverse team of 2-5 Entrepreneurial Specialists, Facilitation Specialists and Occasional Lecturers, you will facilitate students’ learning through creating a vibrant learning environment (in-person and live online). You will support continuous improvement of current activities and innovate new programmes from identifying needs, prototyping, evaluation, academic approval and rollout. As Education Innovation Lead, you will help build the credibility and financial sustainability of our programmes, enabling world-class innovative learning programmes with the potential for systemic change.

Salary Scale (SAOIV): ?ª59,324 – ?ª93,293 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
