We are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join the team at the Clonakilty Park Hotel.

The position on offer is a full-time position – reporting to Front Office Manager

Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and an excellent friendly and efficient service at check-in, check-out, during the visit, on the telephone and through email.

Responsibilities include:

Working on the reception desk, check in, check out and dealing with customer enquiries.
Handling telephone enquiries for all areas of the hotel.
Cash handling, taking reservations.
Offering the highest standard of customer service.
Using the hotel software system, outlook, excel and word.
Attention to detail in relation to all admin work
