Full Time Housekeeping Staff Required for a busy Nursing Home in Dublin 15
The role of Housekeeping Assistant is to ensure that the home is cleaned and tidied to the highest of standards. The Housekeeping Assistant is accountable to the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Nursing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain excellent cleaning standards at all times throughout the Nursing Home.
Ensure all areas are clean at all times
Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery are clean at all times.
Maintain awareness of all health and safety regulations and ensure hazards/potential hazards are immediately reported to ensure safety to others and themselves.
Ensure chemicals and equipment are appropriately stored.
Following all Public Health Infection Control Guidelines
Other work not covered in this job description may also be included by management from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria | Qualifications | Experience
Have previous cleaning experience
Have the flexibility to cover weekends, bank holidays, and leave as required
Have fluent English
