Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Become a key member of the team supporting our employees and managers providing guidance and direction on all HR related issues.
• Complete all weekly and monthly reporting in an accurate & timely manner
• Maintaining and promoting a positive Health & Safety culture.
• 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Man-agement, or related area required
