ABOUT THE ROLE
Working with our existing sales team, you will assume ownership of and responsibility for a number of channel partners and vendors.
You will be required to turn around quotes and answer queries providing a first-class level of service at all times. You will quickly become familiarised with our lines of business and quickly achieve the necessary sales accreditations.
Act as a liaison between our reseller customers and the Vendor
Handle incoming customer requests by generating and distributing quotations to our business partners
Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with product managers and customers
Assist with customer technical queries, directly or with the support of technical consultants
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Cloud Computing or other equivalent disciplines with an emphasis on enterprise computing would be an advantage) or High School graduate with equivalent related sales experience
Ability to build relationships and call customers
Good verbal communications or phone manner, with excellent written skills, coupled with an ambitious and determined nature
Integrity – acts with courtesy to all and adheres to customer and company policies and procedures.
Timeline sensitive and goal-oriented
Committed to learning and self-development
Fluency in English – Spoken and written

IT Sales/Customer Service Experience
Interest in new technologies
