The Church Support Group sells service-based products to Church and School partners based mainly in Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
These services include Live streaming, Telecommunications services, Job advertising services and content -based services.
This is a full-time or part-time job which is varied and desk-based in our office in Bray, Co Wicklow, but with potential for working remotely after training.
IT/Support services are required for:
Our External customer base.
Our Internal Team requirements
The job entails:
Responsibility, within a team, for providing first class responsive assistance to our customers.
Servicing customers who live stream, use our telecoms services or daily content packages.
Dealing with outages and breakdowns of services, through troubleshooting and analysis.
Provision of advice and technical guidance to our customers.
Proactive analysis and solution provision for software updates and technical changes.
Keeping internal data and telecommunications updated for the team.
Involvement in improving our current service offering and input into future developments.
The person we require:
Would have the ability to understand and handle people with limited technical knowledge.
Would have knowledge of and sympathy with our industry sector – this would be beneficial but not essential.
Would join our team of focussed professionals, who are dedicated, persistent and have the ability to work alone and as part of the team as required.
Would have experience of Internet, varied software packages, telecommunications and IT support.
Would have an interest in technology
An interest in photography would be beneficial.
Would have the ability to use their initiative and creativity.
Would communicate with clients and our own team as required and to answer queries as they arise.
Would be flexible and willing to learn.
