Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, reports and forms.
Assist Directors, Team Leaders and Supervisors by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Maintain and update file and contact information on employees, customers, databases.
Support and maintain robust filing system (physical & electronic) to record all important office documents and processes.
Develop a working knowledge of operations to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
Support payroll processes.
Proven work experience as an administrative assistant with relevant educational qualifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good listener.
Meticulous attention to detail
Integrity and professionalism, and ability to support staff, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure independently and in teams.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and flexible.
