Dinkin’s Home Bakery Ltd., Tyleadon, Monaghan  require a qualified Pastry Chef.
This person will be responsible for the production of creative and innovative dessert & pastry dishes & must have a passion for food and desserts.
Excellent people, management and business skills are essential as the candidate will be responsible for motivating, guiding and coaching other staff members.
Must be able to manage budgeting, production costs and price setting in line with organisational goals and targets.
They must be able to work under time pressure, adhere to & uphold the strictest health and safety standards and manage other staff to ensure standards are consistently met.
This is a permanent position, approx 39 hours per week with an annual remuneration of €30 000 per year or €14.79 per hour.
