Printer Location: Newtownmountkennedy (County Wicklow), Ireland Sector: Self Adhesive Labels Package: Starting salary up to €43,000 (including shift allowance) The Company At Macfarlane Group Ireland, we are experts in providing high quality Self-Adhesive and Resealable Labels to a wide range of sectors including food, health and beauty, household products, and pharmaceuticals. The Role & Responsibilities Due to increased sales growth and further investment we are now hiring for an experienced Printer to join our team based at our established Newtonmountkennedy site, in County Wicklow. Working hours will span various shift patterns Key responsibilities of the role shall include… Review job specification to determine the appropriate press set up Complete set up of label printing presses Perform all make-ready tasks and make necessary colour corrections beforeproduction run. Quality control during the run Ink mixing and colour matching Use and maintain print plates and rollers, including anilox rollers and doctor blades Comply with the appropriate health & safety procedures and legislation.Do you have the correct profile? We welcome applications from experienced printers who reside within a sensible daily commute of site and (ideally) meet with the below criteria… Flexo, Litho or Gravure experience essential Label Print experience would be an advantage. Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines Have excellent eye for colour and detail Be motivated and a team player Be quality conscious and efficientThe Package In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and access to full training.
