Fitzsimons Doyle & Associates (Consulting Engineers) Ltd. have completed over 5,000 projects since the Firm’s foundation in 1979, ranging from very small renovation/refurbishment works to projects in excess of €80 million in construction cost. Our belief in building strong working relationships with our Clients has resulted in many repeat commissions from both Public Institutions and Private companies for the last 40 years. The Services we provide include Project Management, Civil and Structural Engineering, Assigned Certifier, PSDP and Temporary Works Design Consultancy Services.
Role: We are seeking an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aimed at ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will interact daily with Clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
-Degree in Engineering
-At least 2 years’ post qualification work experience as an Engineer
-Excellent knowledge of design and detailing software such as AutoCAD.
-Advanced MS Office skills.
-Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
-Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
-Time management and organisation skills.
-Experience in project delivery using BIM is desirable but not essential.
-Good Team Player.
