Due to continued growth, new contracts and extensions ShareRidge has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Quality Manager, working from one of our regional offices in Limerick & Kilkenny, or from our Head Office in Mayo. You will join our experienced teams working on Public Realm, Civil & Utilities projects across Ireland.

The main function of this role is to manage the quality function on site by ensuring all quality requirements have been met both for in house quality standards and for any quality standards required by our clients.

Role Details:

Planning and Managing the Quality Management System across the company.

Developing Quality, Inspection and Test Plans for specific projects.

Conducting Pre-Project start audits on all projects to assess the readiness of the site team to complete the project.

Conducting monthly audits on all active projects.

Carrying out inspections and audits to ensure procedures are aligned with the client’s requirements.

Preparing Quality Presentations as part of the Tendering process.

Preparing all Quality documentation for the monthly management meetings.

Conducting and presenting analysis.

Develop Quality Improvement programmes to enhance the Quality Systems.

Who we’re looking for:

A relevant 3rd Level Qualification in Engineering/Science Discipline or similar.

Experience working in a Quality position in a construction environment, preferably civils.

Quality Management Systems experience, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485.

Have an understanding of the principles and practices of Lean Construction.

Ability to write technical documents, routine quality reports, project correspondence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to develop strong and positive working relationships with project stakeholders.

Extensive experience in using the MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis data.

A proven track record of working on one’s own initiative with minimum supervision on site environment a distinct advantage.
