The Spirit Motor Group are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist Administrator to join our busy team in our Spirit Ford – FordStore branch in Sandyford. Be part of a Winning Team with Leinster’s only FordStore.
The successful candidate will have previous professional experience in a front of house / customer service type role.
Previous experience in customer service/ front of house roles
Communication skills both verbal and written with fluent English
Great interpersonal skills, friendly and competent team player
A good knowledge of administrative procedures and timelines
Have worked in a similar front of house role in a busy dynamic environment where multitasking will be an essential requirement.
Previous experience in the motor industry will be an advantage.
Key duties and resonsibilities:
Front of house, meeting and greeting customers as they come into the busy showroom and service desk
Responsible for reception and switchboard, answering and distributing all calls, taking clear notes and messages.
Introduction and co-ordination of customers to the Sales Teams and/or Service Advisors
Managing the customer waiting and refreshment areas in the showroom
Supporting administration in other areas of the business including accounts, sales and aftersales
Registering and Change of Ownership on all Vehicles
Data entry and reporting using our IT Business Management Solutions, including CRM and vehicle IT systems.
Computer literate – MS Office – Word / Excel / business IT systems
Training will be provided to support you in the delivery of your role
