We currently have a vacancy for a Scania Workshop Administrator. This is a diverse role and provides a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and diligent individual to become part of a dynamic, progressive company.

The Job | Scania Workshop Administrator
• Take vehicle bookings and open job cards for incoming vehicles
• Generate estimates and get authorisation from customers
• Liaise with customers in relation to their vehicles and accounts
• Manage service and maintenance contracts (servicing, CVRT & tacho calibration)
• Manage aspects of subcontracting work
• Liaise with mechanics on progress of active jobs in the workshop
• Assist the workshop foreman in scheduling in the workshop
• Manage loading of maintenance documents to internal portal
• Follow main dealer processes and procedures
• Deal with queries and complaints in a professional matter
• Send failure reports to factory

The Person | Experience & Qualifications
• Leaving Certificate required
• Experience in a HGV workshop reception/office is desirable
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
• Experience in dealing directly with customers
• Good automotive technical knowledge is a distinct advantage
• Excellent computer skills
• Can-do attitude and common sense approach to tasks
• Full Clean Driver’s Licence
