We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Specialist to start in our Tipperary office.
The suitable candidate must:
Own and drive the full cycle recruitment strategy for the company
Business development with existing and new clients
Assist Clients with their strategic recruitment plan and close out sales.
Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies – including driving a recruitment plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking, and direct sourcing
Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals for our existing clients through the existing database, social media, networking, and advertising
Candidate screening – interviewing candidates, CV presentation and interview preparation
Work with the HR team and clients to advise on specifics for the position
Demonstrate staffing expertise and provide recommendations to hiring managers
Educate/train hiring managers and Senior Management on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, compliance requirements and hiring manager best practices.
Deliver results with little supervision and effectively handle multiple projects and candidates.
Meet standard measurements of success for staffing, including (but not limited to recruitment metrics, annual hiring plan and cost/time to hire standards
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Several years’ experience working in Human Resources or a Recruiting environment
Previous sales experience would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet candidate search techniques and tools
Excellent communications both written and verbal required; ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the management chain and with Clients
Proven influence & leadership skills; ability to effectively collaborate, lead and drive the recruitment process with hiring managers and candidates.
