To manage all service enquiries Agree with the customers a date & time for the service/repair to be carried out
Agree with the customer the work to be carried out & after a vehicle health check any extra work to be carried out.
Carry out a handover with the customer after the service/repair explaining exactly what work has been carried out on their vehicle.
Provide all necessary reports for both internal and external requirements.
Liaise with the workshop manager to ensure the optimal flow of work through the workshop.
Prepare & submit warranty claims answering any queries arising
The successful candidate will have some experience as a service advisor or similar role, be highly motivated, customer friendly with good IT and administration skills.A full driver, license is required for this position.
