Experienced Sous Chef required for Neti Cakes Cork’s cafe.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of Neti Cakes 20 Popes Quay, Shandon, Cork
Must have 5 years experience at Sous Chef level in a commercial kitchen setting for this position.
Duties will include:
Cooking the food to order in our cafe/restaurant
Opening & Closing the kitchen
Supervising the food prep before service
Supervising the junior chefs
Ordering, menu writing and recipe creation.
Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards and procedures

This is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Salary Euro 30,000 per annum.
