Shop Equipment Ltd is looking to appoint a Telesales Executive
Based in Citywest, Dublin 24 and reporting to the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with Customers over the phone and in our Showroom.
Providing Support and Backup to the Sales Team.
Liaising with other internal departments (accounts, warehouse, purchasing,)
Issuing quotations to Customer and following up on quotations
Providing information on all products & services and cross selling where appropriate
Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and
Investigating and solving queries.
Maintaining and updating customer database.
Generating sales leads for sales team.
Handling inbound calls/email and processing orders in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
Must have 1-2 years administration experience in a similar role
Strong Customer focus
Excellent administration and communication skills
Must Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level
and be able to manipulate reports essential
Experience with SAP system an advantage
Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required
Team player who is flexible and has a ‘willing to help’ attitude
Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
