Telesales Executive

Shop Equipment Ltd is looking to appoint a Telesales Executive
Based in Citywest, Dublin 24 and reporting to the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities will include:
 Dealing with Customers over the phone and in our Showroom.
 Providing Support and Backup to the Sales Team.
 Liaising with other internal departments (accounts, warehouse, purchasing,)
 Issuing quotations to Customer and following up on quotations
 Providing information on all products & services and cross selling where appropriate
 Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and
existing customers.
 Investigating and solving queries.
 Maintaining and updating customer database.
 Generating sales leads for sales team.
 Handling inbound calls/email and processing orders in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience:
 Must have 1-2 years administration experience in a similar role
 Strong Customer focus
 Excellent administration and communication skills
 Must Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level
and be able to manipulate reports essential
 Experience with SAP system an advantage
 Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required
 Team player who is flexible and has a ‘willing to help’ attitude
 Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
 Fluent English
