Core responsibilities:

Developing technical training courses for dealer network based on training needs associated with new and developing technologies from the manufacturer.

Coordinating product-related trainings, including presenting new features and simulating activities in a training environment.

Liaise with industry experts and organise workshops and classroom-style trainings both virtually and in person, when possible.

Schedule in-house and virtual educational sessions using e-learning platforms
Set and maintain service level expectations with team.
Ensure that the training is delivered to the dealer network in the most cost-effective manner and that warranty best practices are followed.
Ensure that the training delivered meets dealer expectations, and all Citroen contractual obligations for aftersales training are met.

Assist the network in rectification of technical problems and liaise between the dealer and the manufacturer’s technical platform experts.
Dealer visits to upskill technicians when required.
Submit information to the manufacturer regarding technical issues identified in the network so that rectification can be arranged in the factory on future vehicles.

Maintain technical competency and remain current regarding our developing industry.

Candidate requirements:

Full clean driving licence required.

5 years min experience in the motor trade ideally in a training role.

A technical background with Peugeot or Citroen vehicles would be an advantage.
Willingness to develop personal skills to meet challenges.

Relevant 3rd level degree qualification preferable
High numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication, written, verbal, interpersonal and presentations skills
