We are looking for an experienced senior administrator to join our fast-paced environment here at The Equine Warehouse – Clonmel. The primary role of this position will be maintaining large volumes of data in our epos and web databases. The position requires advanced excel knowledge of functions, formula’s and macro’s.
Knowledge of the equestrian industry and equine products is essential for this position.
Suitable candidates must have excellent analytical skills with the ability to sort and analyze information, problem solve and make decisions. The candidate will be working closely with the web and accounts managers to ensure all products are correctly listed on our website and all records are up to date at all times.
Maintain product records & databases
Maintaining website records
Provide statistical reports on sales, slow moving items, discontinued item etc
Liaise with suppliers to ensure all product information is up to date
Liaise with the shop floor to ensure all pricing changes are reflected instore and online
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
Answer calls, provide customer support or direct calls to the appropriate area
Be a good team player and provide support and to all other areas of the team where necessary
All other retail office administrative duties to include, delivery goods in, filing and working as part of a busy office team
The ideal candidate
Relevant 3rd level qualification
Advanced excel knowledge of using functions i.e. v-lookup, h-lookup, index match etc.
Excellent computer skills and prior experience with business systems.
Proven work experience in a senior administrative role
Experience of web administration and html coding an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated with a consistent work methodology
Knowledge of accounts and accounting software an advantage
Relevant 3rd level qualification, Verbal And Written Communication, Microsoft Excel
