Meat Deboner

DPB Meats Limited trading as Dublin Meat Company is looking for a full-time Meat Deboner to join our team.
Experience in boning hall, deboning beef, lamb, poultry, and pork, making the right kinds of cuts in a meat processing environment very quickly. Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat deboning and trimming.
Responsible for cleaning, open, eviscerating, deboning, and trimming meat. Removes skin, hide, hairs, internal organs; cuts or saws carcasses into manageable portions; removes bones, gristle, surplus fat, rind, and other waste material; cuts carcass parts into chops, joints, steaks.
Uphold and enhance Health and Safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene. Maintain Legal records as required daily. Operate the clean as you go policy, daily maintenance and deep clean as required. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year’ experience.
Ability to multitask and work on own initiative.
Attention to detail: Must be able to pass weekly audits and follow safety procedures. Must be able to follow instructions.
32k per year, 45h per week
