Responsibilities:
Install solar panels on roofs, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with the electrical team to integrate solar panel systems seamlessly into existing structures.
Conduct roof assessments and recommend any necessary modifications for optimal solar panel installation.
Work with project managers to ensure timelines and project goals are met.
Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter/Roofer, with a focus on solar panel installation.
Own tools required.
Knowledge of roofing structures and materials.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to solar panel installation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
Carpenter/Roofer trade certification.
Previous experience in solar panel installation is highly desirable.
